For us, good food goes without saying - it's a fait accompli. The total experience of socialising, surroundings and laughter are just as important as ensuring that our food is well-prepared and served in the right size portions. When preparing our food, we draw on influences from all over the world although we always hold great store by our Skanska traditions.
The words we live by are: total experience, local produce, organic and seasonal. At Gässlingen you will never be served strawberries in October (since they're out of season then), you can expect chanterelles freshly picked directly from the beech woods during this period. In short, we believe that ingredients taste best when eaten in the right season.
